Emergency assistance needed please.

I am a single stay at home mom of a disabled 7 year boy with down syndrome and one leg due to an hospital error during a heart surgery. I stay at home, because of his disability, I cannot find a daycare to watch him so I can work. I do however have a small fixed income including his SSI, food stamps, if I'm lucky I see a child support check every so often. I attend Pennsylvania State College online, and use my leftover school money to live on also. Basically, we get by, by the skin of my teeth month to month. Except this month, I took my car in for an oil change and they tightened the oil filter housing to tight, it cracked and I leaked oil unknowingly and almost burnt up my engine. Needless to say I spent all my bill money to have my car repaired, assuming oil shop reimburse me for damages, but today they told me NO, I couldn't prove they did it. Gets worse, my son has a service dog that is a poodle, last week I took her to groomers, she was ill all night and had a cyst thing on her, so I take her to vet next day. Cyst thing was actually an allergic reaction to an injection the vet said. But she hasn't had any. Then it clicked, she throw up as soon as she came home from groomers. Vet & I agree they must of sedated her without my permission! Mind you, a service dog is calm, mannered, well behaved & sweet, there was no reason in the world to sedate her. Between both of this I have spent my car payment money, rent and utilities and have no money for gas or anything else. Of course the groomer is in denial and refuses to pay vet bill or admit. I am about to have nervous breakdown. They may not repo my car or shut our power/water off this month, but next month my fixed income can only pay for one months, plus my sons service dog is still sick and I will have to continue with medicines and check ups. I just know once I am behind, I will never get my head above water, just keeping getting further in debt until homeless. I tried to sell my blood & plasma today, but they would not take it, because I am child bearing age, what ever that has to do with it. I have collected anything and everything in my house we can sell, but we don't have much to start with and assuming I can sell it, won't come close to money I am short. Anything will help and is greatly appreciated. I have faith in the Lord, he won't let me down, he never has before, and I know he only gives you as much as you handle, but I seriously think he is overestimating me this time. The car repair was $548.73 and the emergency vet bill (thus far)was $302.11. My car payment is $317.00, insurance $66.00, power $82.00, rent $400.00. I am legit, I can prove to anyone, with whatever that won't give out info that can be used to scam me. That's the last thing I need right now.
